Ultimate Bet Problems Last Night

So last night I played in UB's $40+4 guaranteed and came in 3rd place for $575. I still haven't received the $ in my account, so I send them an e-mail and got this in return:Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting us.We are having some technical difficulties with the site at this moment. Our programming department is currently working on it and expects to have it resolved shortly.Due to the fact that many customers were experiencing log in issues as well as many unforeseen problems with the site, we unfortunately had to cancel a large portion of our scheduled tourneys. At this moment, our tournaments department is reviewing all affected accounts in order to properly refund them as deserved (buy in, fees and chips equity). As this is a complex process that needs to be addressed carefully, we would appreciate your patience while the process is completed. We will refund accounts as soon as possible. In the meantime, please keep handy the table ID or tournament ID, time of buy in, amount of buy in, and game description in the case that you are later called on for it.We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.Sincerely,Member Services.I have the hand history from the hand I was eliminated on (which I sent them) and a screen shot of when I was the chip leader with 4 to go. I hope they don't screw me on this. :club: Anyone have any experience with this on UB?

I had a similiar issue with a sng freezing up on me. Ub took care of me in a couple of days and the money owed to me was deposited into my account. Generally UB has very good Customer Service. Just wait a couple of days, I'm confident that they will take care of this matter.
