BIANCHI 0 Posted March 17, 2006 Share Posted March 17, 2006 I've never been a big poster, but I've been a member for a while and would appreciate a little help from the Bodog players and anyone else willing to donate a few minutes.Bodog selected 25 "All-Star" players, and they are allowing the bodog public to vote 5 for seats at the WSOP. In order to vote you must have 60 player points, which is really easy to do. (just open the bodog software, go to tournaments and find the section that says "bodog All-stars" and vote for BIANCHI) If you are already a member you probably already have them, and if you aren't bodog is a great pokerroom and sports betting site. The great thing is these 60 points aren't wasted when you vote, but actually register you for a freeroll later.The competition lasts a few months, eliminating parts of the field over time and eventually winding up with 5 lucky players left, hopefully you help make me (BIANCHI) one of them.Just a little about me... I just turned 21, but have been playing poker for years. I finished in the top 10 of the yearly tournament leaderboard at Bodog for 2005. I attend the University of Kentucky full time, playing poker during my free time, while also bartending. In most of the bios, they kept remarking about Bodog "originals". Well, I started playing there the first month that the poker room was open. If that was a conflict, you would think he would have his name taken off by now.Ha, I've never played on either site so I know nothing about it, except that any vote open to the public with Ari, TheBeat, and SamENole as canidates is bad news for the rest of the players. Besides their obvious skill, they all have the support of p5s and other forums, so that puts them leaps and bounds ahead of the other players based on potential voters. Hated the poker interface, couldn't get the sports betting to work, basically hated everything about the experience. Busted out of the tournament I was playing, requested a cashout for what was left of my deposit and never went back. The kicker was that the cashout took 3 days. Both times, I think he was sitting at lower stakes limit games with his whole bankroll. Basically, he'd have like $10k on a 1/2 LHE table. I think he was trash talking too.
