Could I win more money, if i bet on the turn 1/2 of my stack?

In the vast majority of cases you will either lose all the money or win the same amount of money if you bet 1/2 stack on turn.

With that being said, I would almost definitely 4b/get it in preflop. I'm not sure I like the flop call. You're oop, and sort of handcuff yourself to what you can do on the turn. As played, I think you get the most value from just turning your hand into a bluff catcher and calling down, because he's probably going to bet his entire range at that point.
Honestly though, if you really feel as though you have the best hand, which I imagine you did after calling his raise on the flop. Then I almost like a min 4b, and then calling a shove.
