There was this one water park I used to go to back on the East Coast. It was a blast, it had trampolines you could jump on and then go straight from the trampoline into the water. It also had one of those things where you climb a ladder up about 40 feet to a platform and then grab a little metal handle that is attached to a long cable leading from the top of the platform to the water The place is no longer open. It must of had a ton of lawsuits because there were all kinds of ways you could get injured if you weren't careful.

 

During two summers we went to a place called Wildwood, New Jersey. All the motels had fancy neon signs. It was almost like a miniature Las Vegas. It had an amusement park that was huge. You don't hear about it much but it was real popular back then. A lot of people from Philadelphia used to go there.

 

There was this one beat up storage shack located in back of a church. Me and my friends used to climb up on the shack and then climb down through a hole that was on the roof. That was our secret place. Funny how an old beat up shack can be fun when you're a kid.
