TheCinciKid 0
I've never been very good at NL cash games, but I was in Vegas and had a hard to time finding a decent limit game at stakes that interested me, so I sat 1/2 NL a couple of times.Game is 1/2 NL at Golden Nugget....decent game, nobody ridiculously bad that I can think of, nobody ridiculously good....most players are probably fairly exploitable in some way. I'd been playing pretty tight, but did take the occasional stab in position. Relevant stacks are fairly even. I limp in LP with Q9o, about 6 people see the flop. Flop ($12) Qd 5h 6dChecked to me and I bet $12, villain is in MP and fondled his chips a bit before checking, I think he may have some small piece, but I'm not putting him on even as good as a Q at this point, Villain raises to $25, I call?Turn (~$60) Qd 5h 6d 6hI check, villain checks. (I really think he as a flush or straight draw after he checks here)River (~$60) Qd 5h 6d 6h 5cI check, villain bets $25, I call?Thoughts on all streets please.
Temporary Nuts 1
How did the villain check-raise you on the flop then act after you on subsequent streets?

David_Nicoson 1
Fold preflop.I don't know what the heck to do on the other streets. That's why I folded preflop.
Novice26 0
If you didn't put him on a Q, then you should've bet the turn too, to see where you stand. No flush draw, make him pay to draw. Him checking the turn shows weakness to me.
