Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)SB ($48.80)BB ($10.30)UTG ($50.95)MP ($25)Hero ($34.90)Button ($26.50)Preflop: Hero is CO with T :D , T :D . 2 folds, Hero raises to $1, Button raises to $2.5, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.50.Flop: ($5.35) 9 :D , 4 :club: , 9 :D(2 players)Hero checks, Button bets $4, Hero ?This player was in general very very passive preflop. He rarely raised or reraised preflop. He would cold call like it was his job tho, so he played a ton of hands and often just called a raise with them preflop. I hadn't seen him do anything real donkish post flop since I never saw most of his hands go to showdown.

Lead the flop. Raising to $14 is pretty bad. Call the flop and c/f the turn.
Because we're not getting called by anything we beat and pretty much have to fold to any raise? Do you c/f the turn just as played, or do you c/f the turn if your flop lead gets called?

For all those who advocate raising to 14$ on the flop (which FWIW is better vs a lag than this opponent), what do we plan to do on later streets?EX.He calls the 10, checks turn , pots the river?I perfer calling the flop and evaluate the turn action (float him basically)-Steve

raising to 14 will knock out c-bets and possibly FDs here. I don't think his range is limited to just a better PP.
We're not worried about knocking out c-bets which are at just fooling around with one or two overs. We're not worried about pushing a flush draw out. You should be worried about making a flush draw draw at an improper price. We are worried about calling a shove when we are dead to two outs.We are worried about getting shoved on and then folding when we actually might have the best hand.Lead the flop like 100% of the time.Call and reeval turn after checking, I guess.
