  1. This situation popped up in a low-limit freezeout last night. Two players were in a pot, the P1 bet out, P2 thought for a second and said, "I think I'm going to put you all in." P1 immediately said, "Call," and couldn't get the rest of his stack in the pot fast enough. P2 still hadn't moved any chips, and folded his hand, saying, "Take it down." P1 then demanded that P2 double him up, and P2 argued that he hadn't commited anything to the pot and he had folded. They both looked at me, because I'm usually the rules guy. I didn't want to touch the situation, becuase I could see the argument
  2. In the middle of a freeroll one guy at the table catches pocket 10s, raises it up, the BB calls, a guy so drunk he can barely see his cards. The board is 7s 5s 9h. BB checks, 10s bet, BB calls. Turn is a 9s. This is where it gets interesting. The guy with 10s accidentally flips one of his cards, the 10 of spades. BB checks, 10s bet, BB calls. River is 4s. There are 4 spades on the board and the second player is playing with the 10 of spades face up, showing a 10 high flush. The BB bets, the second player goes all in for the remainder of his chips (about 1/4 of the pot), the BB calls.

I didn't hear any snapping when he dealt, but you can't catch the good ones. The information is obviously incomplete, but I guess the question should be does this course of events (two hands like that almost back to back with the same villian in both) sound like a possible/likely scenario? You have the same amount of info I do.
  4. I’m not trying to write this as a bad beat story. It involves a bad beat, but several people have told me I might have been cheated, so I thought I would try and get some more opinions. I’m undecided at the moment. Here’s what happened.I play in a freeroll league called the Amateur Poker League in North Texas. We start with 3,440 in chips at the beginning of each session, the blinds start at 10/20 and double every 14 minutes. The third hand I get KK UTG+3. Practically everyone at the table calls the BB (when no one raises) so I raised it 200 (chip count approx 4500 at the time), trying t
