  1. when the flop is already on the table count your outs, if you dont see the cards use them in your calculation, multiply how many outs x4 to get percentage, and when the turn is out you multiply your outs to make your hand x2. these two will tell your percentages to make your hand. its quick and very close to accurate, watch it on tv next time and you will see that its true.
  2. i agree with Bluff i would also raise about 3 times what he had put in to let him know if hes calling with a medium hand hes gonna have to pay to get lucky.
  3. The 4% turn and 2% river are your percentages to get the cards to make your hand at that point yes.
  4. If i was up alot of money i would call to see the flop but if im down i play tighter and would fold. May sound funny but if im up like $200 when u bought in for like $100 at a table i just expand my hands a little more.
  5. quick pot odds questionyou can go check that topic out and there is some good info there
  6. Here is one easy was of calculating what your odds are after the flop, and it is legit you can do it in your head next time your watching the WPT. Now again these are for AFTER the flop. Its like this, whatever hand u have ie flush draw or straight draw count how many cards will make your hand, and in case of a flush draw if you dont see and cards flipped over or anything assume that all the rest are part of your calculation meaning u see 4 to the flush that their are 9 left. OK sorry heres how it goes its easy take how many cards make your hand your looking for and multiply them by 4 to ca
