Watched the here on you tube and after Scotty wins it he runs over to the "poker pit", celebrates with Mike the mouth and Daniel is in the background. Looks the same now as he did 9 years ago.

PPT and HSP are clearly the best two. What I like about the PPT, is a:the commentary is clearly the best out of any show, Mark Seif, b: obv. watching the best of the best play is func: getting to watch a tournament from the beginning, getting to see the different stages or quarters of the tournamentd: the ammount of hands they show, i.e. in last nights show 9 people were eliminated durring the 2 hour durration and only 12 will be eliminated next week.e: We get to see great post-flop play rather than all-in, all-in, all-in (ala WSOP, PSS)f: it reminds me of what a tournament would be like befo

Pot-odds Vs. Knowing Your Beat
dunkitish replied to dunkitish's topic in No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Games
I folded face up and somebody said I'm shocked you didn't call, and the turn and river went 4 4, and I would have been up 100 bucks. Somebody said my pot odds were too good to throw it away, and my responce was I knew I was beat. It was less than 10% of my stack, about 1/15th of my chips, but o well, I was still the big winner on the day. -
I was playing in a cash game with a 25 cent ante. I'm up to around 80 dollars after staring with 27. I'm in late position and look down at pocket fours, I raise to a dollar (my standard raise at the table to over protect my hands too many people were seeing the flops cheaply) and have two callers. The flop comes A-10-6. The first player to act bets all-in for about 5.25 (which forces the second person all-in for 4.75). I know one or both have an ace, but I am getting 4:1 on my money (win a 20 dollar pot to put in 5 dollars). What should I have done. I will post the outcome after some res

from poker pages Daniel Negreanu is still all over the place. Up down, sideways. He is now sitting at about 90K...but, the fact is, he is still in the ballgame! -

people are dropping like flies. Started the day with 481 and in 75 minutes, there is only 383 according to card player which we know is slow. 100 players in less than 2 hours, wow. By this pace, they will be down to the final tble tonite -
how come cardplayer has DN in its day 1A chip count

Raymers the king of suck outss imho. If he didnt hit a heart vs. the mouth on day 3 in 04 we dont even know the name Greg Raymer
-
I'm sure he could afford 10-15 hits like this and still be a millionare. He's won 7.75+ million dollars in tournys and millions in cashgames. Heck, he was like o well not a big deal in his vlog. Plus he will hve more sessions than not winning that much money
-
Not a big deal. He has plenty of money. He's won millions of dollars at a time and he's still in positive figures on the year. Plus he's raking in a lot of promotional dollars (i.e. Stacked, DVD, etc.). dont worry bout it man
