I average somewhere around $2 per month on FTP and Bodog. I have no idea why I occasionally get a wild hair to play on one of those sites. They both pale in comparison with stars. Oh yea, rakeback. lolz

I have gotten back about $10 for both months I have had rakeback on Absolute, with only playing 2 semi long sessions each month. Based on my volume of play I still prefer stars, but once my roll starts growing again that will prolly change.and yeah you can't get rakeback on tilt with an existing account.

do tell?J
I know a while back rakebreak sent out emails to everyone saying full tilt was willing to link full tilt accounts to their rakebreak accounts. But that was quite a while ago and they haven't done anything like that since.

$50/month. I've been concentrating on playing more hands than usual, so that number should go up (a lot, my recent play has me moving towards a 200/month rate.)

Right now I get about $400/mo, playing $50 plo. That's a 20% increase to my bankroll this month if I can just play break even poker. Anyone who plays a decent amount of hands at even low/mid stakes is crazy to play without it.

Is it worth it to sign up for rakeback if I play microlimits? Is there any minimums to get rakeback?
YES. It will add a huge boost to your winrate.
Nothing. I only play MTTs and SNGs on FT though and I'm thinking it's not worth setting up a new account for that right?
Wrong! Rakeback will automatically increase your ROI, which can never be a bad thing.edit: There is a link to rakebreak in my sig! hint hint

Depends on what level you play. It is still something. Some sites have a minimum $5 rake required to pay you, but still 27% at full tilt times the tournament fee is still $0.27 per $1 in fees you pay. So even if you multi table the $6+0.5 ones that is still $0.135 per SNG you play. Can add up quickly if you play a few a day. Even if it amounts to a couple extra bucks, that could be an extra tourney or SNG for you.

I guess when you put it like that it's not necessarily a bad idea, I'm just not sure quite how much of a pain it would be to start a new FT account. I do tend to multi-table a lot of 6 handed $6+0.5 and $11+1 turbos and can get through a lot of them in a session, so I guess that rakeback could add up a fair bit. As far as MTTs, I generally play with $26 and $75 tokens I've earned in satellites. I take it you still get rakeback on them.If that's the case perhaps it's time to start thinking of a new username for FT.

So, I opened an account at full tilt I guess about 2-3 years ago. I never actually deposited, got a transfer from one of the guys on here, mucked around a bit for a week or so and left it at that. Now when I log on it and open a table I can't chat because it says I don't have a real money account. Would I still be eligible for rakeback?

I would say you might have a better shot at making a new account without having any troubles. Just use a new email and clear your comp out, maybe use a new one to create it.But since you never had a deposit method, you'd probably be ok.

So if I just made a new account on my wifes laptop and used her details I could log into full tilt with that account on my comp with no problems right? If so do I make the account before I sign up for rakeback or what?Obv I'll ship the business your way for your trouble.
