For the most part you have all the good sites. You could try Paradise, they have the pearl tourament every night and that one is pretty good.

You don't need actual checks. The check number is just for reference. Pick any number you like. Just keep track so you can use a unique number each time you deposit, which shouldn't be too often anyway.

You can clear your registry keys. It would be easier however to just use another computer to create an account and then you can play all you want on your computer with the new account.

I asked Full Tilt who audited their random number generator, not because I thought the site was rigged but just because I was curious and couldn't find any information. I was actually suprised that they haven't had their RNG auduited yet. This was a response from FT via e-mail.
