leaks in 5-10 no limit (500 min buy in)

I play 5-10 no limit hold'em 5-6 nights a week and have managed to not go broke in 3 months. Although i have not had a losing month, (broke even, +1200, broke even) I am not posting the numbers I want. Ideally I feel I should be able to make 3-4000 a month in this game but have not managed to learn how to win consistently. I am looking for some original advice on how to beat a no limit game of this size consistently., and to indicate what the most common leaks are in a no limit game of this size.
