I am interested in buying a condo/townhouse in Las Vegas for when my husband and I retire. The market seems at a great time to buy. I am not interested in the condos on the strip as they are way too expensive for so little room. What area of Las Vegas that is a short distance to the strip (maybe 10 min or so) would be the best? Name a town area and if its n,s,e,or west. I am willing to pay up to 350K. What are the nicest areas? Up and coming and so on.

Is anybody going to the New Orleans WSOP circuit at the end of May? I want to play in one or two of thetourney's (not the$10000). Does anyone (including you Daniel) have a suggestion for which tourney I should play based on how many people expected and payoff?

I am interested in using some software to analyze my game for both tournaments and ring games online. Does anyone especially Daniel have any suggestions for me.

Daniel, what poker software to you recommend to analyze your play in bot tournaments and ring games? Oh and by the way I love your game.
