  1. I felt kinda bad for Machina, from what I saw he went into the final table with a ton of chips (and the chip lead), just to lose it all to Cyndie Violette in multiple suckouts/coinflips.
  2. He probably has observer chat off.
  3. Kinda easy to be almost always at the final table when almsot all the 10k+ buyin events you play start with 10 or less people.
  4. Up there with? How about far surpassed. If Raymer manages to win it how can Harrington's 3rd and 4th against 800+ and 2500+ fields be better than, or even close to two wins against a 2500+ field and a 5600+ field? Chan's back to back to runner up was against way smaller fields than that.
  5. I remember seeing some table a while ago shwoing the diminishing returns on add-ons and when it gets to the point that its not worth your money. Can't remember where though, but try googling it, there's one out there.
  6. Nice play, can't say the same for your opponent though. If he's gonna limp in with Aces he probably shouldn't do it with only one person left to act. He probably could have gotten more, if not all of your money if he had just raised preflop, trying to make it look like a steal. I think him pushing on the flop is kinda dumb, not letting you bet, but what's even dumber is that he called the clock. He has to figure with a ragged flop and your preflop raise/call you don't have some random two pair, and if you had top set you would have called. He should have figured that he had you beat and given
  7. His site is neverwinpoker.com. He's made a couple of final tables this year in NLHE I think. His Real name is Dustin Woolfe(sp?). Druff won a braclet in LHE and came in 3rd in another LHE event. Neverwin is still alive with ~130k entering today.
  8. I can't stand the guy, but god I wish I sucked as much as him.
  9. outside of his 2nd at bay101 and his cash on another WPT, how many other tournies has he made it deepwasnt that pros against amatures?Every tournament has pro's against amatures...That's the event where they put a bounty on big name pros and you get lik 5k if you bust one out. He outlasted DN.
  10. Of course he got lucky. Everyone who has ever won a tournament has gotten lucky. Whether it be a suckout, their favorites hold up ectd. there is luck invloved. I'd be willing to bet that with the same cards Moneymaker got during the 2003 WSOP not only would you not win the tournament, but you wouldn't even cash, or come close for that matter.
  11. He won the WSOP Main Event, were you expecting him to know absolutly nothing?
  12. They took off players who only regularly play in the largest tournaments (they don't play in tourneys every day).
  13. I'm pretty sure that these last few posts haven't been from Dutch Boyd, but from some random hacker. Ever since the cat story (which I think is real) the writing seems different, and these latest stories of his life seem to be 100% unbelievable. Whoever writes it is a pretty funny person though.
  14. haha, explain?did you read my analysis of the hand? if not, here are the key points:1. based on my pre-flop read, i put him on something other than AA/KK/AK (no ace of hearts).2. he would not push with a made flush.3. if my draw (gutshot+flush) wasn't good, my pair almost always was (e.g. against a pair of tens/nines or ace-high, both cases having the ace of hearts).4. if my pair wasn't good, my draw almost always was (against a set of tens/nines, against two pair, etc.).5. since i was getting nearly 2-to-1 odds, i had to win at showdown more than 35% of the time. in both cases (behind or ahea
