  1. Hi, this is the situation:UltimateBet SnG and we are on the bubble. So far this has been a pretty good table. On the bubble so far it always went like raise it and take it, with rarely seeing a flop. All players tightend up.Hero's image is TAG.What is your line on the flop?Ultimate Bet No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) Ultimate Bet Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FCP)Hero (t3280)Button (t4920)SB (t3630)BB (t3170)Preflop: Hero is UTG with 7 , 5 . 2. Hi CR'ers, yesterday I played in a 30-man MTT and would like to have some input on 2 hands, where I was unsure how I played them.#1Finale Table (but only the Top 5 get paid)I am one of the shortstacks on this table. Blinds are 75/150 and I have 2,305 in Chips (~15BB).My image was "Cardrunners like" - selectively aggressive in late position, but taggish and solid at all-On my immediate right sat, I will call him "Sir Limp-alot". He was pretty loose-passive, limping in many pots but giving up postflop very often. He had 6,870 in Chips.Everybody folded to "Sir limp-alot" in middle Position, who as
  3. lolCardrunners think that way... Just kidding. :-)
  4. Ok hi CR'ers...This a MTT with about 800 entries and we are ITM, the last 5 tables. My stack is $40,000 and I pick up AK UTG. The blinds are 1,000/2,000 with an ante of 200So the initial pot is: $5,000My image was I would say TAG, although the table had seen me stealing a lot of Blinds.I am first to act and I raise to $6,000 total. Only the button called. The button was new to the table and only played about 1 orbit. He only played 1 hand, where he raised his button and stole the blinds. All in all an unknown, but a bit on the solid tight side I would say.So the pot is: $17,000The remaining st
  5. I really thought about this way. But what if I raise to $1,000 and get called. Then the flop comes J84. Do I make then a C-Bet leaving me almost half my stack where I started the hand? What do you think of this hand postflop?
  6. Ok I think I will post the HH:UTG foldsUTG+1: calls 200 ($3,167)MP: calls 200 ($9,936)MP+1: foldsMP+2: calls 200 ($5,270)CO: foldsButton/Hero with AQo : raises 5110 to 5310 and is all-inSB: foldsBB: calls 5110 ($17,900) WAS ON TILT and doubled 2 times with trashUTG+1: foldsMP: foldsMP+2: calls 5070 and is all-in (with A5s)I thought: the only player I need to care about having a good hand was the First limper. and since he had only 15BB I thought it was worth a shove. And since the BB was a bigstacked loose donkey I was even more inclined to put in with AQ.Any thoughts???
  7. Hi everybody, in my last MTT, there were two spots, where I would like to have some comments, please.1) The Blinds are $100/$200 I am in the BB with 33 and I have $2,700.The SB (unknown) minraises to $400 and I shove. He calls with K9 and I double. Was this shove correct?2) Two hands later. Same level $100/$200. Now I am on the button and I have AQo. I have $5.310. 3 players limp in front off me. Because this was normal for this table I sensed no one had a better hand than mine. Seeing the $900 out there I again shoved. Unfortunately the BB woke up with QQ. Everybody else folded. But despite l
  8. Seriously, you can argue for folding AJ preflop or for folding after the raise on the flop. But I think every serious player checks this flop in this situation. I check this spot like 100% of the time. Ah, and I fold my TP here because of the BB check-raise. Against the button only I call.
  9. Can you give the link for this thread, pleas? Would like to read it. Ty
  10. Did what, beeing on tilt?Or pushing with a flush draw?
  11. Ok let's ignore the preflop raise. Some like it, some don't.On the flop I like the CB. but I dont like the secind barrel on the turn. You made your move and it didn't worked out. What hands could SB have here, that fold to the turn bet and would call on the flop? I check behind the turn.On the river she open pushes but you only have a pair of queens. The Sb's move is really suspicous and I don't know what he could have (on this line) but I think I dump it.
  12. You are getting alomst 2,5:1 on your call. that means you need to win 1 out of 3,5 times. Or in other words you need to win 28% to break even. So if you feel 80% sure you are beaten then you should fold. But I think you win more than 28% and you should call.
  13. My humble opinion to that hand:You flopped an OverpairThere isn't that much money behind, compared to the relativ big pot on the flopMP2 is a donk (the minraiser)Nobody reraised preflop, which could be a clue for not being AA and KK out thereSomebody could have flopped a OESD or a Flush DrawI would push all my chips in there and even if I lose I wouldn't blame myself, because I think in the long run, this move should show a profit.Hope I helped
