Just found out that raymer bought a house nearby and is moving to town.So we finally get a lottery, (last state on the east coast) the closest indian casino finally opened a cardroom, and Reed, Gracz, and Raymer will all be locals. and here I am moving away... Good timing... *idiot* :wall:

yeah. I called cherokee this week to check on progress. They have the room built and everything is in place, they are waiting on one final document and then its open. (it was supposed to open this past spring)

So are we looking at a week? a month? or do you know?I live in Atlanta and a 2 hour drive to Cherokee would sure beat a 6 hour haul to Tunica (although Tunica is cool).

Hell, I fly across the country to play with "those guys" and 50 OTHER pros in a tourney. Plus, already played gratz once and I'm in on Reed's weekly game. Why not give it a shot, (if they'll play at the measley level my BR can handle). 1. Best case, I hang and verify myself. 2. Worst case, I get schooled yet improve my play.Probably 3:1 for the latter, but hey...
