  1. First- thanks to FCPinfo for being so responsive and looking into everyone's product requests. Personally, I would welcome a better selection of women's wear in the store:- Hoodies/polos (I know you're looking into them but a female cut would be cool)- Long sleeve tee- Normal or baby tee- FCP boy shorts or male boxer shorts Thanks! Krystina
  2. That is such a sick hand. I can't fault you for moving in given the situation, your stack and the information you had. Good luck on the next one!!
  3. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's a matter of him staying clean -- all of the stories I heard involved him taking the rap for a friend. In response to some of the other posts on this topic, maybe it's living in New York that has rendered me immune to the kind of brash tactics Matusow employs in his play. He might be arrogant and needle players at the table, but it's just one of the tools he uses in order to disarm opponents. It definitely worked against Sheikhan in the main event, and I know for a fact that Sheikhan plays pretty high.
  4. I hope not. They mostly look like redneck athletes. I'm glad I turned them off before I started walking around wearing wife beaters and bringing beer to work.YES! Redneck athletes, thank you for hitting it on the head. I was thinking "trailer trash" myself, especially because of the girl with shitty highlights, an "i poker" belly shirt tattoo on her shoulder and flabby abs (because yes, when women play poker, that is EXACTLY what we wear) but yes, redneck athletes sounds pretty good.
  5. I agree with a lot of the advice already given - in the future, tell a chick up front, it's nothing to be ashamed about. You make it more of a big deal when you hide it, and then she finds out and comes to you with it later on. It looks more much suspicious, like you're trying to cover gambling debts (and it doesn't seem like that's the case). I don't know if you can salvage this one, but as far as explaining it goes, I would tell her truthfully (if you're comfortable with it) the limit you play at, your track record, that you set limits for your play, and that it's a hobby that you enjoy, not
  6. I have like 2.5 posts so I don't know how good my $.02 are here, but I'll be honest: I was drawn to FCP by the DN/DC HU matches of late. A good buddy of mine told me to check it out, and a lot of people in the main chat were really nice and helpful- I started reading the forums, and even though there are some people in dire need of a helmet on here, for the most part I've found some very interesting and informative topics regarding strategy, BR management, funny stories, and stories about other players' success. If I didn't find the forum or talk to anyone on here, I would've watched the match

  10. Love the Mouth. The shit between him and Sheikhan (sp?) at the final table of the main event this year was priceless. I feel like he's more down to earth than a lot of the pros... I think he takes his ego out to play a lot, and does it to needle people that he thinks will respond to his antics. He's got an enormous ego, but so does every other poker pro on the planet, lol. IMHO, Matusow comes off as a nicer, more humble guy; Hellmuth just comes off like a d!ck on an ego trip. Every time I see him on TV, he isn't winning a hand - he's complaining about losing a hand. The fit he threw after losi
