  1. When are we getting more players? I play PLO and there is zero Omaha action.
  2. I can login to the client software but all I have is a play money balance showing. I have funds in my poker account but its not showing in the poker client. This just happened today. Was working fine up to yesterday. I'm from Canada so that should not be the issue. A little feedback from FCP info as to whats happening with the changeover might be nice.
  3. If you had informed players earlier it might have prevented some of the flury of cashouts your experiencing. Uncertainty= exodus
  4. I originally posted this in a different threadThere are two methods that Pokerroom skins use to calculate the awarding of bonus money. The least common method is the one used by FCP. That is a straight percentage of rake returned, right now you're giving a 50% rakeback. This is fine for a reload bonus, but a little on the low side for a signup bonus intended to attract new costumers. The other method is based on points required to earn a bonus. The standard among most of the Pokerroom skins and Pokerroom itself is that you need 10 points for every bonus dollar. So if a player has $100 in bonus

  6. Can someone who's played already comment on how fast FCP points are accumulating?
  7. Not my biggest loss ,but by far my worst night in B&M cardroom. Lost $800 in $3/$6 Hi-Lo split holem without getting half a pot. The game was absolutey rocking, capped to go most hands. The blinds were smaller than usual, they were $1 and $2. It took 12 hours to lose the $800. I only brought $300 to play with but a friend loaned me $500 and convinced me to keep playing since the game was so good. I caught a ride to the game, and had to wait 4 hrs on the sidelines before taking the one hour ride home. Heh, but at least I had fun :?
  8. KsKh8d8h is a weak hand in O/8. This hand is an easy fold UTG. In late position you can limp for cheap. It is definitely not a raising hand. You can hit a flop like Kc 5d 4d and will be a 64.5 to 35.5 dog to a hand like Ad 2d 3h 6s Any Ace,2,3,6,7,8 or diamond that doesn't pair the board makes for a tough call even if your hand is still good for half.
  9. Don't raise with AAXX preflop unless you are willing to raise with other hands such as QJT9 . Most online opponents will assume you have AAxx. That being said the fact that he/she raised you a significant amount on the flop indicates your hand is no good. Your opponent puts you on AAxx and is raising you on a board with no draw. Unless you somehow put him/her on a bluff this is an easy fold with only 2 outs. Assuming your opponent has QQxx, you know 9 cards of 52. You are a 41 to 2 against improving on the turn. There is nowhere near enough implied odds to justify trying for a 2 outer.
  10. Isn't your opponent more likely to put you on a steal if you go all-in?Would you move all-in against an unknown opponent if you did have a Jack or King in your hand? Maybe I'm just trying to overthink the situation.
  11. The O/8 section of this book is the most useful discussion I've found, of not just starting hands but also how to play hands under different scenarios.I also found the limit holdem section to be well written. Hate to admit it but the only section I haven't read yet is triple draw lowball. The game just doesn't get that much play online.
