Tilty, we couldn't do one on the water, because in Miami, people use the beach for fun, hotels and bitches. Not chilly weather and whatever else you all do up there. No doubt that PacBell or whatever is a gem, but we need our waterfront property for important shit. Essay, I have heard of the 20-80 scouting scale. I think it's arbitrary and stupid.
