It's not only the dealers the Bellagio is scared of losing. Steve Wynn has been nabbing people throughout all of Vegas, and mostly people from the Bellagio, left and right. Not necessarily dealers either, VIP hosts, Managers, everybody.

It is the Wynn Resort. Local word here is that the poker room will be phenomenal and everyone will now be playing at Wynn rather than the Bellagio for the big game.
