Guest Posted June 22, 2005 Share Posted June 22, 2005 Did anyone ever stop and think that you guys are associating McManus' use of the word "conservative" solely with politics.Did it ever occur to you that he was using the word "conservative" to describe the paper's general layout, style and content.....rather than their political views?Compared to the 3 other major papers of New York, you could label the Times as "conservative" in their presentation.After all you don't see them using headlines like "JACKO'S WACKO!" or running weekly Scratch & Match games.McManus' use of "conservative" was taken out of context and you guys are all a bunch of drawing donkeys.
