I have no idea if the strategery is the same for limit; I don't really get this "spread game" stuff.Anywho, I suppose it's a bet/call, although I'd probably wuss out into c/calling.

Yeah I check/called the river figuring that at least one of them was on the flush draw. I hate doing that because why is it that everyone has to be on a flush draw every single hand, I mean is it better to play scared all teh time or do you just bet out even when that draw hits?

in limit you bet out when the flush draw hits almost everytime. in this game i have no idea ive never played it or thought about it. but im gonna guess that a value bet is in order.

He ended up having the Q :club: J :D for the nuts, He said he would have folded if I made it $27 preflop but thats kinda hard to do without a big pair for me. then he gets up and moves to a 2/4 table and stays there the rest of the night.

i think you should have. i would play this game almost like 10/10/10/10 limit now that i think about it, with an adjusment made because of the blinds being so small giving smaller odds.

exactly! I would tooken control of the hand from the start. and would of made it from $17 to $27 without second thought.btw I would Bet/fold this river against 2 opponents. I"m sure there aren't that capable of bluffing the river. therefore give the villian the respect for a raise when that card hit and on that spot.

My first instinct was to raise it to $27 pre-flop when it gets back and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks that. I think it's the right play here.As far as the river is concerned, I probably check/call, but if we know that the players are straightforward and passive I might consider bet/folding.
