Mike Wattell is down to 17 players in the $5000 stud event with a decent stack. I bet on him to win a bracelet getting 13-1 odds. In this tournament alone, he is MUCH better than 13-1 to win it all and that would win us $650,000! Also, my buddy from Toronto is in the money again, Pat Pezzin is one of the leaders in the same stud event. Lots of fun sweats for me me here, woohoo! Oh, AND Marco is in there too!

Man, that Marco sure has come a long way from a guy who used to just "watch his woman play in the big game".

ZOMG! You bet 50k on someone else winning a bracelet?Meh, I guess that's not that bad, since you were willing to bet more on yourself...And you got a better price on this one. GL everyone!

I also have about 25k on myself. The Wattell bet kind of fell into my lap. It's unbelievably good value.

LOL. You're going to win more from prop bets than from tourneys.

Now that really wasn't though through was it? :DIf he wins the bet he'll win 25k*5=125k which I bet is less than what he would win if he wins a bracelet (which is the premise of the bet) :club:

Did you miss the part where DN gets $650,000 if Mike Wattel wins a bracelet at the WSOP this year? Most of these events are paying out less than that for first place. Hence that other dude's post.Who didn't think what through now? :club:
