yea Ivey definetly seems disinterested and a bit annoyed. He kinda bit at Gordon when gordon said "thats unbelievable" and ivey responded very annoyed with "whats unbelievable phil??" no one seems to like phil gordon at all. Yes he does make comments, but are they really that big of a deal? Lindgrens reaction to Gordon in episode 1 seemed completely overblown to me.Id love to know if this incident http://tinyurl.com/29fd7afrom DN's blog took place before or after this poker after dark

Hellmuth Gets $50k To Play Poker After Dark?
Nebulosity replied to cdnnutz's topic in General Poker Forum
I think its a mistake to believe you know exactly (and only) what changes "someone like phil". I have seen just about every poker show on tv (thanks tivo), which includes tons of appearances by Phil, but I have no idea why he may have changed. Maybe he was just in a good mood that day? Maybe a bad mood the other day of filming? Sure maybe DN doesn't know the contractual agreements that some players have, but I value his opinion and thoughts on it a bit more as someone who is in front of the cameras with Phil, not just a viewer like us. I would also imagine the players discuss things like -
Maybe he is calling to take the pot away later? He is on the button after all. I utilize this every so often, and I have seen the Grinder do it a couple times on WPT season 3 when he went back to back #2 and then winner. I think a 50% bet would effectively kill this plan of his. Since we are both chip leaders, if he re-raises then I muck it. Before that I think we are safe to do a 50% bet.
