  1. Hi, I was just wondering what would be the best no limit tournament reading on the market right now? Im particularly interested in big field online tourneys. Any and all advice would be helpful.
  2. Being that you have position in this hand, I would raise the hand on the turn. Villain would find it very hard to three bet u without a flush and if he flats you can easily check behind or value bet on the river.
  3. What exactly is a breather? and in your opinion preflop is raise or fold, never flat call?
  4. Lets say for the sake of argument I rule out raising preflop, do you guys think a raise on the flop or the turn is better. My thinking on calling the flop was most likely I had the best hand but lets call, keep the pot small and see what he does on the turn. I think the turn is where I made my mistake, when he leads $16 I think it was a raise or fold situation, I mean realistically I am only beating AJ if the guy has any clue at all. The river was extremely ugly and I just couldnt see many hands that I could beat in that spot.
  5. 1st circle at the table, no reads. I just dont see too many hands that I beat at the river. Maybe a busted flush draw and a terribly played weak ace but besides that I think im behind the other hands. Im pretty sure i butchered this hand somewhere but not exactly sure where. All input would be appreciated. 6. Maybe im thinking about this on a basic level, but after the raise you cant beat any legitimate hand that he has there. If he has a 6 your most likely beaten, he might have 8/8 or 5/5, ruling out QQ for now. If im sitting in his shoes, he might think that you had missed diamonds, but if thats the case he has already induced you to bluff he doesnt have to pop it up that big. Combined with the fact that you have no read on him, i lean towards fold here.
  7. 1st circle at table so no reads....... thought process on the hand was raised on the flop sort of as a info raise........ once both players just called i was fairly confident i had the best hand esp with the 2 spades out there/ i figure a set or overpair would 3 bet the flop............i normally check behind on the turn but I was fairly certain that I was a against some combo of flush/overpair draws. The call of the c/r was pretty bad in hindsight, so my question is when do you bet and when do you check in that spot esp with your read that there were a lot of draws out there and u dont want
  8. Yah, I sometimes get into the bad habit of raising a slightly less with hands that I dont want to get reraised preflop with such as AJ A10. After he checks the river, is it an auto bet for us? Also the 960 bet too big too small? Thanks for all input

  12. Zach, when u say 25/?/?, 25 is volunatarily putting money in the pot. Whats the other 2 numbers stand for?
  13. Ok then hypothetically speaking, which of the hands that i listed would u 3 bet in position/oop?
  14. I normally play 3/6 and 5/10 full ring online and 4/8 live. Was just curious what hands do u guys normally 3 bet preflop....either after being re-raised or making it 3 bets to go cold.......AK or AQ suited or otherwise?10's and up?AJ suited ?If there are any other hands that you would make it 3 bets or any of the above that you wouldnt make it 3 bets to go, feel free to list them. Thanks.
