silicon 0
Hey All,I'm taking some money out of my Poker Stars account with the idea of moving it to another site. Since I used a credit card to fund my initial deposit PS wants to send me a cheque as they cannot credit back to a credit card. I am a Canadian - do I need to worry about paying taxes at this point (I'm only cashing a few K dollars). My biggest concern is recieiving a tax form from them months from now after I have spent the money!Sil
blueodum 0
Poker income in Canada is taxable if it is your main source of income. If you play recreationally, in almost all cases it will not be taxable income.
