I had pizza on Friday, bbq'd burgers on Saturday, and 6 beers while watching the masters today. I'm ready to go.

Good luck guys!

I ate poorly this weekend due to the Sportscard Expo occurring. I don't eat well and always get a hot dog for lunch during the 3 days. I then pig out at dinner. Chinese buffet on Saturday and Chicken/Ribs at Swiss Chalet tonight.

I feel skinny however but let's go.

Had burgers and beers on Friday and ate pizza yesterday and today. Been working on meal prep all afternoon. Ready to do this. I'll post my initial weigh-in tomorrow at some point.

I'm probably going to take a before picture, a weekly picture, and an end result picture. I'll post those at the end though.

Thursday - Holy Chuck burger with grilled cheese buns and fries for dinner, nachos and cheese at a networking event immediately after
Friday - Dangerous Dan's Big Pig burger, poutine, milkshake
Saturday - A&W for lunch, fancy doughnuts for a snack, Pizza Pizza for dinner (ate a full medium pizza + 8 jalepeno poppers)
Sunday - Kraft Dinner (Mac & Cheese for you Yanks) for lunch, Burger Stomper cheeseburger, fries, milkshake for dinner, and for a snack I'll eat the rest of my sister's pizza from yesterday.

Looking back on that... good god.

Monday - Deli turkey, cheddar, mustard, romaine on 12-grain wheat bread + romaine, raddichio, carrots, broccoli, red peppers, grape tomatoes, cucumber salad with a sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, and a vanilla Greek yogurt.

That's my standard lunch. Dinner is tbd, but I'll keep it under 1k calories. If I can stay around 1800-2000 calories, even without any exercise, I should lose some pounds.

No more buying cookies or chips for the house, because I just have no self control. I'll finish a package of cookies in one sitting. Same with chips and popcorn, etc. Not good for me. Going to get some fruit for snacking. Right now I have kiwis in the fridge. I can't get enough kiwis in my life. Why can't I find kiwi yogurt anymore? Used to love it when I was a kid.

Alrighty, weigh in done. 14st11lbs (207lbs). I'd love to get to 190lbs though three months would be too quick. Realistically, 196lbs I'd take.

177.5 lbs

Goal 168

In for pride as I'm still not fully mobile and probably won't be for another week. Being old sucks because it clearly takes longer to heal. Also didn't help stubbing my bad toes yesterday. :/

Um, my binge eating didn't take.

259.0. \_(ツ)_/

My weight fluctuates so much through the day. When it said 270-something I weighed myself in the evening. Lol. I'll have to consistently weigh myself first thing in the am.

First day was good:

Shake for breakfast. Something called Shakeology which is some ridiculously expensive stuff my wife has, which apparently has all of your daily fruits + vegetable servings, plus a bunch of other good stuff. Certainly not as good as just making a smoothie with healthy ingredients, but it is very easy to do, which is important for me, as it increases the likelihood of making it a regular part of my routine. I'm doing 1 scoop of the powder mix with water and ice, a half banana, and a little bit of peanut butter (for protein and flavour, as it's kinda gross on it's own). All in a blender. It tastes pretty good with the banana/PB in there, and is actually really filling.

Carrot Sticks and trail Mix for morning snack.

18 holes of Golf (didn't walk though)

2 Cans of Guinness on the golf course

Rice crackers and Hummus for afternoon snack after golf

BBQ'd Pork Chops, Corn, and Green Salad for dinner.

2 KM walk after dinner. Total step count of 6,000 for the day, not including golf as I didn't have my phone in my pocket

No evening snacks - This was the hardest part. It was the only time I really wanted to eat something unhealthy. Partly due to habit, partly probably due to eating less than 2k calories in the day for the first time in a long time.

Also actually made myself a lunch before I went to bed, which I'm going to try to do every day.
