I think I re-raise flop. Otherwise you are calling down without any idea of where you are at. What do you do if he comes out firing on the river with no idea where you are.Re-pop flop and take control of the hand.

I think we are beat here a lot of the time. I think you could make an argument to call and reassess based on action on the river, but I don't see anything that calls our all in bet on the turn that we beat.

You have a decently strong hand on a non-scary board. Only a set really concerns you here and this doesn't play like a set.Although his physical tells seem strong, his actions smell of weakness. You are about to bet and instead of getting you to put money in, he makes a bet. That sounds like to me he is trying to prevent you from pushing him off the hand, and instead trying to do the same in return.As such, I would call.
