AhQs in the SB. Seat 4 raises to $1.50 with a stack as big as mine at $50. Folds to me, I reraise to $4.25. He calls.Flop Ks Ts 2h. I bet $4.50. He calls. Turn Ks Ts 2h 5s. I check. He checks. River Ks Ts 2h 5s 8s. I check. (I did this because his check on the turn looked like an As getting a free card, or if he doesn't have anything then he might bluff). He bets $20 into about $20. No real reads except that pot-sized bets on the river at this limit usually mean big hands. Call?

I'll give this a try - see how I get on?You cannot fold - Yes, sometimes he has the As but not half the time. But do we gain by reraising? on the occassions he has As we lose more; that is certain. But does he call with Js Ts, or lower, often enough to balance the times this is an A.I say just call. If he his just bluffing we won't gain with a push anyway.

OK I called and he had AhJs and I won a big pot. This was one of those kind of trick questions where I worded it like I lost the pot and just wanted consolation. I think it is a straightforward call, but if every time I am posting questions it is because I lost, you might be influenced to say fold every time. Thanks for your help.
