so i was wondering what % of your bankroll you should shoot for with tournament buyins.meaning if my total starting bankroll is $100 what level of buyins should i be playing online?

i think the general rule of thumb is 2% for tournaments, 5% for cash gamesso, if your bankroll is 100, $2 tournaments to start

I think 40-50 buy ins is neccesary if you're going to be playing MTTs regulary and want to feel comfortable doing so.Though if you're starting from $100 i'd be a bit mroe lax as the low level tourneys are easier and playing a $2 is boring.
