  1. On the flop, I don't see how you can't raise in this position, I certainly wouldn't feel like losing to a 6 outer, which is highly probable he has. Because you only called on the flop, now that you hit your 2nd pair, you don't even know if your hand is good or not, and raising here will certainly put you too deep into the pot to fold it, potentially if he does have the nut hand or case straight cards.

First to know what I'm talking about, please view the hand history here http://www.pokerhand.org/?380125 I know I realized that I did limp in this hand hoping to catch a flop, and not hoping that the maniac that was at our table would not raise a lot to push me out of it, which he tended to do to alot of the other players at the table throughout the night. I must say however, that eventually, thanks in part 70% to his fault, our table amassed one of the highest chip counts that I've seen so far at a $50 NL table since pokerstars took away their rebuy method trick in their new software.
