What kind of information do you enter into your poker journal?Daniel (if you're reading this), would it be possible to see a template of what you use? I've read in your articles where you are able to determine your hourly rate for a particular place after 6pm. Also....do you write into it at the table during games, or do you wait until you get home?Thanks!

I understand that this question was not intended to be answered by me...But I lika to take the notes.I write, at the table, what kind of mood i'm in (very important...learned from notes that playing hung-over is bad), how many hands I played, how long I played, how much I made/lost, what kind of players I was against, how I was playing, what limit, how much I bought in with, and most importantly...I write every damn mistake I make...and every mistake I notice that another player makes. Even if you don't make the mistake as often as your opponent, you can use this against other players that you know to make it. Set them up to make the mistake that you know they will make.Notes are your friend, learn to like them.
