  1. I got in but it took a long time just like some others. Prior to joining PokerStars I played mostly on Pokerroom. I switched because of this same thing. Great idea and for the most part happy with FCP I just wish you would have selected a different host for poker.
  2. Seneca has much better players than Canada. But that is good so you do not have to worry about Mr. Tourist trying to river hunt. Plus if you have to wait for a table the lay out at Seneca is much better than Canada. I have been in all three in the area. Poker is poker and it really doesn't matter what the poker room looks like. My suggestion is to go to the US side. Better, food and the drinks are free. Which ever you choose good luck
  3. I had something similar happen two weeks ago. My Brother in law and myself were looking for a game. We found one but were hesitant on going for the reasons above. There were to be two tables but when we got there there was only a 1/2 no limit going. We buy in and all is going good. I am up about 150 and my brother in law is hanging tough. He gets rivered out on an all in bet he made but it wasn't as bad of a beat. Anyway, the table began getting smaller and smaller. All of a sudden two more player come in both buy in for 100. Same situation as above. I am holding a little pair and get o
  4. $150 buyin in with 30 players. We are 1 hour in... I am doing well making moves when I should and building my stack. I get KK. Dealer puts out a min. bet of 50 in the pot. Worried about the ace I only raise $200. He calls. Flop comes KC 10C 7D. I put out a bet of $500 hoping he calls. And he did. Turn comes 10h. Yes I have the boat. (Ask your self now what can beat me) I took him all in for the rest of his chips which was about $1800 which would have given me a very commanding lead. He calls me.. So at this point I think he may have quads, working on his set, or trying to river me out with t
  5. I have one for you... This was the start of many bad beats that has lasted over the past 5 months. Just so you know... this is not a cash game rather a $150 buyin in with 30 players. We are 1 hour in... I am doing well making moves when I should and building my stack. I get KK. Dealer puts out a min. bet of 50 in the pot. Worried about the ace I only raise $200. He calls. Flop comes KC 10C 7D. I put out a bet of $500 hoping he drops he calls. Turn comes 10h. Yes I have the boat. I took him all in for the rest of his chips which was about $1800 which would have given me a very command

  8. I am a member of pokerstars and fullcontact. I want to play in this game... however I never played in a private game on Pokerstars. My brother-in-law told me about it and since I have some time tonight I want to play. When I go to pokerstars what are the steps I take to sign up for the tournament?
  9. Thanks I knew I was right...
  10. However the one player put his cards in the pile because he felt we were going to redeal. That is what I wanted to do and I think it is the correct but I got over ruled by the other person running the tournament with me. I think everyone should have got the their money back and the entire round be played again.
  11. I was in a tournament yesterday which I am actually involved with running. I also play but got nocked out holding AA got called when I went all in and the other Player had 77. He caught one on the flop... oh well. I decided to deal for another table to help things go along quicker. The blinds at the time were 400/800 with 7 players on the table. Small Blind folds, along with 3 others. Meaning 4 people in stayed. I then grabbded the cards but when I pulled them back to deal they got caught on the felt and the entire deck went on my lap and on the floor. I felt horrible and I didn't know
  12. About three years ago I went to Atlantic City with my friends. However only 3 of us gambled at the time. I wanted to play poker at the Taj but there was a major tourney going on and I didn't feel like waiting. So I went and played Black Jack. I got up about $500 there and went to the Tropicana to meet up with my Friends who left me to meet up with some college buddies. So I go there I am holding tight, up and down but ended up only winning $50 after two hours. We decide to leave and check out the Sands. There I am off and running making poor hands shine while my one friend is hitting the
  13. I am not Daniel or even a professional player. However, I hope you are looking for a positive response to Doyle's play, and his professionalism. Quite frankly without Doyle and his friends what you see on TV wouldn't be possible. Doyle is the God Father for a reason and at 72 years old some of the pro's believe he is playing better than ever. As for his play... well you shouldn't even ask that question because he has made more money playing poker than you and I will ever make. Yes, I question some of his moves on TV but I think we question everyones moves from time to time. What we all h
