I recently went through what you did. Running bad. After PVT and Deuces cracked. I ran so good the last few months I was making like 15 buy ins a week. I even had a week where I made 25 buyins and took 4th in a massive tourney on stars. My understanding of cash games and MTTs has skyrocketed. I felt like I couldnt lose. Then this last week i have lost like 11 buyins and I am still just playing 25 nl. It has been like spots like top set vs nut straight on the flop. AA vs KK atleast 6x. QQ vs KK. I flopped K high flush they flop the A high flush. Set over set.............. You get the point, I have the 2nd nuts they have the absolute nuts. Not that I want you to run bad but its almost comforting to hear that a legit pro like you even runs bad sometimes also. After watching your vid I played a more standard style like you jus to make a couple small wins here and there for confidence. My confidence was so low I had AA on the A7x rainbow flop got the money in and I thought I was going to lose, somehow I thought he would get there. When you said that your poker instincts are reversed when running bad you were so right. When they have the nuts you think its air and when its air you put them on a hand. Hopefully a TAG style will get us both back to making plenty of buy ins everyweek. Do you ever use HEM,PT3 or any HUD programs?

glad to hear that helped...I just had an awful friday and saturday where I lost about 12bi playing hu only, on sunday I played 2/4 HU instead of 3/6 beat a guy for 2k won a little bit at 6 max and booked a decent win...Today I woke up feeling way better and I had like a +12 bi day. I started quitting as soon as I make a bad play and just watching tv for 30 minutes then hopping back on to play, it helped me a lot today after I lost 200bb's with AK vs AA. When I played bigger, like 25/50 I didn't like using pokerace or anything like that because I usually only 2 tabled vs the same people and I'd just rather pay attention to how the table was playing. I've always used PT to keep track of my records, but now that I'm playing a lot of tables at smaller stakes and playing a lot of HU I'm going to start using Hud again..
