I think Raketherake.com can do it off existing accounts. I think they sent me an e-mail about it. I get my rake from them. hermit13 for referal.hope it works out for you.If it doesn't call them and have them close the account and make a new one in a week or so.

There is a 30% tax called a withholding tax taken out of any winnings in the USA. If you don't live and file taxes in the USA you can get this back. It takes a few months but we can get it back. Hope that helps

I should have read your other thread on this first. I really like there software aswell. Let me know if you find anything.
