cscharfe 0
ok aparently that last post about DN taking 2 huge hits was false info! the reliable source just posted this:"not sure who Gram is but he is taking the piss...Daniel is going well at about $1.2 million in chips...23 left..."keep it up DN! pfelon 0
Sorry guys, I was totally wrong about that update. Daniel is cruising, still in the chip lead. This is from Bellagio reporter on Hendon Mob website:23 left...25th Amnon Filippi24th Marlon SantosBlinds now 8,000/16,000 ante 2,000Charles Hiatt played A,J on the button...Johny Chan was on the big blind...flop Q,5,A and all the chips went in... Chan had Q,5, Charles had A,J....turn came a 10...river a King...Hiatt doubled up to over 1,000,000Hasan Habib 375,000Eric Weiner just doubled up Jennifer Harman. Jennifer raised on the button with K,2 and Eric called with A, 10 ...a flop of K,K,10 left Eric calling Jennifer's all in..Weiner now at 510,000Jennifer at 550,000Johny Chan 800,000Nam Lee 1,400,000Barny Boatman 370,000Dave Ulliott 220,000Humberto Brenes 550,000Danny Negreanu 1,140,000Howard Lederer 220,000Ted Forest 900,

elkang 0
I'm glad any rumors or misinformation have been corrected quickly. And good news to hear of Daniel's great advance in the last tourney. Keep those (reliable) reports coming for those of us who aren't present.I wonder what the odds of him winning POTY now is? Imagine the momemtum it gives him at the final table if he can maintain his chip lead (or gain dominance)?Pushing and grinding, if a few hands go his way, Daniel could be at the final table with $2.5+million.I for one am looking forward to seeing a great final table. I wish television show would also tape some of the more interesting hands in the early game as with WSOP main event. It would make better sports coverage and give shows like Poker Corner more meat to comment on.
EgyptianMagician 0
This is awesome.. but you guys need to stop with some ridiculous posts.. "My friend (the one who beat Johnny Chan heads up in a 1000K buy-in earlie this year) says HE BUSTED DANIEL LOL!!! HE HAD QUADS VS ROYAL... BYEBYE POY!"Ok.. maybe a slight exaggeration.. but if you guys don't know for sure, let daniel tell us the report for us..
pfelon 0
I'm very terribly sorry. I had been checking updates from the Hendon Mob website. Again, I'm very sorry and would never try to mislead anyone.
EgyptianMagician 0
Hehe I didn't mean to sound like a jerk.. I was just saying that I was so sad when I thought Daniel was knocked out and it was nice to know that he's still a big contender.. but it had the same effect of someone telling me that the Red Sox lost the world series when I was asleep. pfelon 0
Check the thread just above this one (WPT Final 18 with chip counts ) for updates, but Daniel is up over 2 mil in chips now with a dozen left. Go Daniel!
