I suck at playing AK too. Do we overcall from the BB when the SB makes a large 3-bet? I might fold AK there just because his range has us beat (JJ-AA, AK, AQs maybe). If villain is lag I'd call, but I probably dump it PF.After you call his bet on the flop, he must know you have a K, at least. This looks strangely like QQ to me, although I don't really think you can fold river. Weird/terrible play for villain if he's trying to extract value..

I dunno you played it so weak I think you might have to pay it off.
Raising the flop on gets called by hands that beat/chop us. Very little value in betting the turn.

I think you played this right, on every street,I think there's too high a chance he's bluffing on the river to fold.

Has the CO been raising in late position alot? If he has that might widen the SB's preflop 3 betting range. Most peoples 3 betting range is pretty narrow, especially from the blinds so I would think you are usually beat by QQ-AA or chopping with another AK.

disagreewhat is villian reraising to 15.5BBs that would be considered a bluff. my guess is QQ, KK, AA, AK in that order. i easily fold river with a solid read but since i don't have one i probably pay it off, drop a few f bombs, and shrug my shoulders in that order.

I don't think you can limit SB's 3 betting range to that. A lot of people are 3 betting 99+, AQ+ (maybe AJ), sometimes suited connectors. That said, I still don't think you are ever good here on the river.

I want discussion on preflop.Go.
Fold or 4 bet, but mostly folding. Your implied odds suck but the reverse implied odds are big. Most players are not taking a hand like JJ-99 here and turning into a bluff like this on the river. I think river is a fold. This is AA first and then QQ/KK and AK last. Yeah, sometimes he'll have other hands, but not often enough to make this profitable.
