Bankroll Management And Moving Limits

Recommended Posts

Ok so here is the story:I deposited roughly $150 to use as a poker bankroll a month or so ago. I play 7 tables of $2.20 - $3.40 various NLHE games per session. These usually consist of two 18 man, two 45's, two 180's and for my final game I just jump in the most full games. Playing these stakes are well within good, solid bankroll management. My total expenditure per session usually works out at around $20.Playing these I have worked my roll up from $150 to $250. Using the 5% rule that I have based myself on I can comfortably play $12 games. The question is, should I? The games are obviously a lot softer at the levels I'm playing and was wondering if anyone who has been in this position could advise? I think 7 tabling $12 games would cause me to go broke fairly quickly in a bad run. The total expenditure per session would reach $84.Any thoughts? Thanks.
