There have been a lot of people complaining about withdrawal problems.
StupidKid 0
UB = bad now I think. V little traffic. Support is q bad also so I've heard. It does however have a goot MTT structure.
Kestral123 0
I play at UB more than any other site because their MTT structure for $100+ buyins is the best around bar none (the nightly bounty is a ton of fun). Generally, the site does not get the traffic that it should for cash games, but that is the only down side. But, it is absolutely incorrect in my considerable experience that UB has any problems with customer service or withdrawals. I have had zero problems, and I have withdrawn quite a lot of money from there over the last couple of years.
ff7bigfan 0
It was easy to clear the bonus quickly, but now has become much much tougher, as it is contributed.
