Is the average raise in NL 3 times the big blind, plus the big blind or just 3 times. lets say the blinds were 10/20 , would u put out a total of 80? the call and 3 times the bet?

I say that the standard is three times the big blind plus any limpers in the pot. With the blinds at 10/20, the standard raise is to 60. If there is one limper in front of you, then 80. If two limpers are in front of you, then 100. That is a good rule of thumb. Good question.
