Does is seem steadier for you than tourneys? Or is the constant stomach flutter of having your money on the table keep it fairly intense at all times?Just curious, since you've now put some serious effort into both spectrums :club:

Money doesn't really affect me. It might if I get up to a level where I could lose 4 figures in a day...I don't plan to ever play a micro/low tournament again (Except the 200k). I need the flexibility of cash games in the next year or two since I'm gonna have more commitments and less time

That's what happened to me back in the day, too..Hehe, I wasn't talking about the money "freezing you up", just enough to ignite the inner fire.I guess that's what separates me from the rest. I get the engines going at any limit. I feel the thrill regardless of the limits. Probably why I'm one of the few who can take those dollar donkfests so seriously, whether I had a $100 roll or a $1000 roll. The weird thing is: the actual limits in a cash game, I'm completely blind to.. I'm numb to that. But the $$$ amount would absolutely cripple me in tourneys. I think $4.40s through my eyes would be how you'd approach, say... the sunday million. Not that I'd nit up drastically or alter my play greatly... but I'd never feel as free and detatched as I would in the $1 tourneys *or* the cash table, whether it was $.10/.20 or $3/6...
