  1. I'm not liking those odds. I think the link below is more accurate.http://www.sportsbook.com/livesports/indexmember.htmlThey got my boys listed at way better odds than most of the other pros out there. Ivey (200), Negreanu (250), Hellmuth (400), Gordon (750), Matusow (750), and Hansen at (400).Then Raymer who has skill is at 750 while that joke Moneyloser is at 2000. So, check out that link.EDIT: I see that link doesn't work totally right. After opening, click the special tab, then look in the center column for WSOP 2006.P.S. Don't hate on my boy Mike. He's so damn good. But that is sadly k
  2. The new FCP looks awesome. Everything DN has done with the relaunch have been great ideas, I think. True, the bonus isn't so great, but all I care about is playing and winning. Whatever BONUS money that comes to me is exactly that, an added bonus - so I'm happy.Everything looked so awesome, that I couldn't wait to go make my real money account, and I did so without the promo code. From reading through the thread, though, I guess it won't matter as I'll get all I'm entitled to as a charter member because I used the same email address.A chance to become Daniel's protege!?!? That is easily the co
  3. from what i've read on his espn articles, i don't want the man laying a finger on my game.I've been reading Phil's book for a while now, and I absolutely love it. I think it's great because he doesn't just explain about general stategy, but he focuses on fine details. The only game defined in the book is NL Hold 'Em. I don't know what you're refering to about Gordon, jayistheman, but this book might soon regarded as one of the top Hold 'Em books. I'm still pretty new to the game, so it might not be as good as I think it is, but it's definitely all solid, winning poker.
  4. My favorite poker book is Phil Gordon's "Little Green Book." It details so many situations in depth and it covers everything about No Limit Texas Hold Em and only No Limit Hold Em. It has improved my game immensely. I love Phil Gordon for writing it; it is said to already be among one of the classics (by some) along with Doyle's, Caro's, Skalansky's, and Harrington's.
  5. Hey all, I just found FCP in the past few days. I read a very large chunk of Daniel's blog, and I'm lovin' it. He's been writing it for such a long time now that I had a lot of catching up to do - it took several hours - all enjoyable, though.I know what you're saying JasonIDK, and I agree somewhat. I'd probably be pretty tight to at the start, but Daniel is just so incredibly good he doesn't need to. I just gotta say, what's probably been said many times, Daniel, the episode of the Main Event you were featured on was the best poker I've ever seen! You made the right reads all over the place -
