We thought about benching franchise player Boone Jenner in this game, but all the other options arent much better..So maybe he will get his monthly point tonight..

Final 3. Now we get to plead our case to the jury?

I have played a clean game, going up against the juggernaut that is Dale. He is a formidable opponent as Jay is as well. Jay and I are pretty close in points(not in plus minus)even though my players this year have performed under expected value.

Having said that I have run pretty well on Tuesday nights, having managed to survive this long. I will also add that I haven't used an immunity idol even once.

Since I am in a different time zone, 3000 miles away from most competitors, I have not had a chance to form alliances. I have run this game pretty much by myself. While I am not the most popular choice to win, this would mean a lot for my franchise. We have been ridiculed and made the butt of jokes for the better part of two decades. My love for this league and my love for the sport of fantasy is unmatched. I consider myself in the top 1 percent of all hockey fans in California, and I have been working extremely hard to grow the game here in this part of the United States. I have made some great strides in that field with my business Fresno Hockey Talk, which is now transforming into FHT Sports. I am humbled and overjoyed with the response that we have been getting for this in the Central Valley in California.

To my worthy and honorable opponents. It is pretty ironic that we are all similar in age, we are all devoted fathers and we all obviously love this great game of hockey. Dale is once again having a great season and deserves all the accolades. However with the accolades comes great financial success. He has already locked up some serious money for his team , maybe you will find it in your hearts to look elsewhere for this wonderful Tuesday night phenomenon that is Survivor.

I would also like to commend Jay for making it this far. While Dale was expected to be here in front of the jury as early as August, Jay and myself werent even in the conversation. While AHL heavyweights like Bob, Arp and others were favored to be here. In reality though Jay and I along with Dale picked off these guys one by one. We played this game like it was meant to be played..We outwitted, outplayed and outlasted everyone. While some competitors sat there and ran algorithms on what nights they would have goalies, we did this the proper way.

So I hope you find it in your heart to pick me , as I am the average man. The Mustangs dont employ flashy players like Connor McDavid, Sidney Crosby or Alexander Ovechkin. The Mustangs dont have Sean Couturier or John Tavares. As a matter of fact the Mustangs dont have anyone in the top 83 in NHL scoring. Let that sink in for a minute. Our top scorer James Neal is number 84 in the NHL. We come to play every night and we get the job done, with what little we have. We are the ultimate survivor team. We survive because we have to. We dont have any other options. This team deserves some sort of accolade this year. We are fighting tooth and nail to make the playoffs. It might not go our way, but you can be sure we will be fighting every night.

Thanks for listening, and when you are picking the winner, please put the Mustangs on the piece of paper.

You are the one they bring to the final 3 because they want someone they know they can beat.

I don't like any of these 3, but that's probably just my jealousy talking. I can't vote for any of them.

Frankly, I'm running out of teams in the AHL I can root for beyond my own team.
