I was doing ok in tournaments, nothing great, when one day someone brought a plastic bag filled with toys to use as card protectors. I knocked a guy out, who had said dinosaur, and I took it to use. From that moment, I kid you not, I won 4 tournaments, was the first back to back tourney winner in our league, and won the points championship. To top it off, I won the series ending tournament, and a trip to Las Vegas.The Dino became a staple, and now, I'm known as Dino. -Shawn K.P.S. - To be an ass to all the people I played with, when asked to name the Dino, I picked the name "Vegas", to let everyone know who was going to win that trip. Always liked it until one day last year I sat down at a PP NL table and somebody got all pi88ed at my nickname - - - it was two days after the tsunami had wiped out so much of the maldies and neighboring islands.He started cussing me out and crying that his mother was killed in the Tsunami, etc. etc.i had to leave the table - maybe what he wanted.Otherwise - i have enjoyed the name.Cheers!!
