Is anyone else having problems with UB's sit and goes right now? I have registered for two different $20+2 sit and goes, the money has been taken out of my account, but I was not seated for either tournament. I've e-mailed support, but haven't received a response. Am I the only one that hates UB's new S&G sign-up layout?

I don't mind their new lobby setup, I think its good to just jump on a waiting list instead of waiting for the game you want to pop up.What I have noticed is that there has been a lot of lag lately to their servers. I think they need to up their bandwidth to allow for newer users. Something definitly has triggered some faults, infact it could even be the new lobby setup.Good luck man,Gov

First hand in a sit n go I bust 2 players when i make the overfull on the end to bust the nut flush and the overfull. I get disconnected straight away and can't get back on. This is so annoying.

This is strange. Like 30 minutes after I signed up for the 1st Sit and go, they have finally brought me to the table. Everyone at the table is having the same problem, and there are 4 black seats because obviously some players left their computers. I wonder what UB is going to do about this? Maybe just let us play this as a freeroll???

I think to be safe, I advise no one to sign up for a tourny until the problems have been dealt with. Last thing you want to do is just toss money away and go through a couple phone calls to get it back - not worth the labour.

Or about 5 e-mails. UB doesn't have telephone support.

Everytime that happened to me in the past, they mass refunded the money. It just took them a little while. They are a good site. I bet you get your cash back.

I have had this identical problem twice and UB support has ignored me thus far. This may be the final straw for me playing on their site. There have been massive delays, missing money and all along I can't get a single response from support.

This happened to me almost 4 hours ago and they still haven't responded to any of my 4 e-mails. I am very frustrated.

They are in the middle of some software changes for the sng format- notice the cash games are up and running just fine. Chill, you'll get your money back.

I couldn't agree more. I was just going to sign up for the 6 person 5$ SNG and seen that there were 24 people waiting to be seated. They are obviously having problems today and people are still signing up to play.A really weird thing happened to me last week. I got seated for a SNG and when the table came up, my seat was 1 to the left from where it was supposed to be (normally it is directly in front of you). So the game starts, cards are dealt and all I can see is half an ace that is directly in front of me and not in front of where my seat is on the screen. I was thinking that maybe my PC was just being slow and it would slowly fill in the rest. Well it didn't and it came my turn to act so I just called w/ an A-blind card still hoping that the other card would show up. It didn't so I folded after the flop and exited out of UB. I then went back into UB, the table came back on and everything was working fine. I went to the hand history to see what I had w/ my ace. Well, it said I had Q2 off. I was going to ask the guy to my right (who it was originally showing directly in front of me earlier) if he had an Ace that first hand, but I didn't want to get everyone at the table paranoid that someone else could see there cards. I am pretty sure that I WAS seeing his card. Very weird.

Same exact thing has happened to me multiple times.

Actually their cash games have been running like crap for periods today too. That combined with my money disappearing and their support staff being MIA does not make me want to chill.

I still haven't received my $ back or heard from support. I honestly am starting to get upset. If they don't respond to me tomorrow, I might withdraw my funds and move to FTP.

Well, its been well over 24 hours now, and UB support still has not sent me one response. After sending them five different e-mails, I don't know what else to do. They owe me a total of $88 for taking the money out of my account when I registered for a Sit and Go, but I was never seated in those tournaments for some reason. I know $88 is not a huge sum of money, but the fact that they have completely ignored me makes me extremely upset. I already have an account at Party and Powerplayer, so where else should I deposit my bankroll? I am leaving UB, and was thinking about FTP because I play mainly Sit and gos, and have heard they have the 2nd best structure. Any suggestions?

I don't have a lot of first hand experience with FTP so I can't comment from my own experience but I've heard some really bad stories from personal friends and from posters here at FCP so I personally am wary of FullTilt. PokerStars is a good site with quality games and tourneys, my recommendation would be to try there.
