I would be putting him on an ace before I would a king in this hand. I just don't see Kx checking that turn. Folding the river seems fine.

Really? I don't like any advice so far.I reraise this PF like almost always, let's take the lead and have him try and ouflop us if he wants to, or find out right now where our JJ is at. On the flop if I had RR I'd bet out pretty hard here and if I got raised I might let go, it's villain dependent. If I did not RR pf, I would look for the C/R here often. This is a pretty solid flop for JJ, let's try and C/R and win the hand there from missed overs or PP lower than JJ.On turn, as played I really don't like our options, leading here seems kind of stupid, and if he checks behind we know our JJ is good, but the pot is small. If he checks behind we hope no A falls.River, damn the A fell. Check/call or Check/Fold are both okay. I probably call because I'm stationy and at no point did we ever show strength in this hand, he's usually showing up with Ax or PP lower than ours. If the river was not an A I'd bet the river for value. This hand plays itself out a lot easier if you play it aggressively instead of passively. As is the case almost all of the time.

I agree a lot with Tskillz. I always reraise JJ preflop, you're almost never worse than 50-50 preflop and most players with a better pair will let you know about it preflop, easier to get away from.I always bet this flop, especially when I RR preflop. You want to be in control of the betting, as it happened you played this kind of weak. On the turn I'm either c/fing (with preflop RR) or firing a second barrel if I didnt RR.And yeah, the river fold is all you can do there.

Play less passive.
I agree. Unless V only raises preflop with absolute monsters I think you need to raise either preflop or flop (or both) and define V's hand a little bit/take control when we're likely ahead.
