Due to a local power failure which cause several hundred area residents to lose their ISP, I was unable to play one single hand in the SnG. When the internet connection was restored, I determined that the $$ was deducted from account and I was blinded off in the SnG.I sent an e-mail to UB customer service explaing the situation.
