I would re-raise to $20 or so. I doubt that he is min-raising with a straight or a set with that board. With it being 4-handed I think that you are ahead and need to try to take the pot right here.

Bets more than the pot when he wants to push you out, and always makes the bet a callable amount when he thinks you are drawing. The button is an older gentleman that calls and chases everything.
