No_Neck 0
...?I don't get it.it is a bad beat post, the guy hit a straight flush and he wants to know if he can get away from the second nuts
Pot Odds RAC 23
it is a bad beat post, the guy hit a straight flush and he wants to know if he can get away from the second nutsBad read.I was seriously looking for opinions on the hand. The Villain looked nervous after he pushed - and not the "good" nervous where his adrenaline is pumping from hitting the SF.So I asked him: "Did you hit the Straight Flush" his eyes darted to the stack he pushed into the pot.I decided that he was on the Draw and called him.He showed the 7 River was the J :club:In retrospect even though I took down a nice pot, I started second guessing my play and thought it might have been a Fold situation and just wanted to get some feedback on the play. Pot Odds RAC 23
You realize you got him all in drawing to 2 outs, right?Yep. Just wanted to see if anyone would have said to lay down the 2nd nuts. The way I've been running lately I almost expected to see the bad beat! Was almost shocked when it didn't happen. Folding preflop sucks. We definitely want all the money in the pot at this stack depth after you hit.

psujohn 0
Absolutely not, since the SF is a gutter. On this board there are two combos that beat us.On 7 8 9 there are three. If it's 7 8 9 it's an easy fold.
