Here's something to add some fuel to the fire. I get a kick out of this page.http://www.sexinchrist.com/pornography.html
OMG!!! Now that's taking in to the extreme. I'm sure a Christian wife would love to walk in on her husband masturbating to the video that was supposed to bring them closer together. That's hilarious.

From that link: Most people assume the Biblical prohibition against male homosexuality also includes sex between women – lesbianism or female bisexuality. However, this is a questionable conclusion, since the Bible makes little or no mention of women with regard to this subject, and because the Bible, for better or worse, often holds men and women to different standards regarding sex and sexual roles. Therefore, we believe that lesbianism cannot be seen in the same light as male homosexuality through the Scriptures.Woo Hooo!!!!!! Do I think Christianity and pornography should be in any way associated with each other? Ummm....NO. Besides, those Christian porn people like the boring porn anyway.

I don't get why women are so offended by men spanking it, anyway with porn or without. I think in all but the most extreme cases which involve porn and masturbation as a substitute to putting it to the wife on a regular basis, that most of the offense women take to the act stems completely from jealousy and insecurity.

ALKDJAFJFLKASSJFKLDSAJKLFAJKF!!!!! AARRRGHGHGHGHGH! Your logic is WRONG!!!! Masturbation fulfills a biological need. It is not a substitute for intercourse nor is intercourse a substitute for masturbation. I get as much intercourse as I want. I still masturbate.

Christian Porn?!?!?! Lol... just another way for Christians to give into what they truly want to do and find a way to slide it into their religion.Porn is just like gambling... a little can be great... a lot can be harmful... out of control addiction is definitely something that needs to be addressed... and someone who is completely against it is just spouting a bunch of bull.

Did you see the article on that site about anal sex???"Are you saving yourself for your wedding night? The Devil wants you to fail, that’s why he puts stumbling blocks in your way. But God wants you to succeed, and that’s why he has given us an alternative to intercourse before marriage: anal sex. Through anal sex, you can satisfy your body’s needs, while you avoid the risk of unwanted pregnancy and still keep yourself pure for marriage."1. Discuss.2. Where can I find me some hot Christian virgins who want it in the butt? Um, there's also an article about fisting which, after reading it, leads me to believe that the whole website might be a prank. "Before attempting fisting, a Christian husband and wife should pray together and ask for divine guidance. The husband should ask that God guide his hand and work through him, and for the skill and patience to fist his wife correctly and maximize her pleasure. The wife should pray for openness and readiness to receive God’s love and grace in the form of her husband’s hand."Really. It says that.

I suppose it could be a prank, someone put a lot of work into it though. They even quote and interpret Bible verses in support of some of their positions. To the original topic, I think I disagree with mainstream Christianity in how I interpret Biblical teaching and my own position on porn. I think there are certain types which should be avoided (i.e. someone filming and selling an actual rape) and the viewer should be able to maintain meaningful and respectful relationships with people. I've seen too many "porn addicts" who have a very screwed up view of how a relationship with a woman is supposed to be. Then again I've seen a lot of non porn addicts who have that problem to.

I'm jerking off to the thought of you jerking off while rubbing banana pudding on my taint.
You've gone too far sir, too far.As for porn, not from a religious standpoint, I believe it has gotten too abusive and is mentally damaging. (Im serious) Too much of it, when you're on a dry spell, really f*cks your perception of what healthy sex is, therein lies my problem with it. I've taken to jacking off to videos and stuff because porn is just too easily acessible and detrimental to me. Im actually convinced that it ruined real sex for me for a while and that just cant happen. Besides, sometimes, imaging whats under there is better than the real thing anyway.

Masturbation leaves you unfulfilled everytime. It's also a compulsive and addictive habit. In no way is masturbation, or even sex for that matter, a biological need. It's a biological want. I need food. I need water. I don't need to ejaculate. I want to ejaculate, but don't need to. We brainwash ourselves into thinking we need to, just like any addict of anything. Drug addicts think they need drugs, alcoholics think they need alcohol, Gambling addicts think they need to gamble. It's all the same they don't need to do anything, they've tricked themselves into believing they do. Most people think it's ok to masturbate, so I'm definitely in the miniority, but coming from a Christian perspective, I don't think it's honoring to God. So, no I don't think Christians should masturbate. But, Christian morals completely aside, I just don't think masturbation being a need is true.

I hope it is a prank, because if it is, it's a good one. But, I've met a lot of Christians with some pretty crazy views. It wouldn't surprise if some people actually believe this crap.

Wow. That is too ridiculous to be serious.

Sir, let me tell you, you will ejaculate. It's going to happen. If you don't want to enjoy the process, that's your prerogative, but the nocturnal emissions will get you, eventually.I have a serious question: Do you really think God has strong feelings about whether or not you jerk it?

I totally believe that nocturnal emissions happen. I have proof every morning. Lol. In fact, I once read in a Christian book that nocturnal emissions are one of the only ways to ejaculate, er, purely, for lack of a better word. I do remember reading. So maybe the need to ejaculate is true (now that I think about I think I remember hearing that men are supposed to ejaculate every 72 hours or something?) So ok, I concede. We need to ejaculate. But, like you said, it will happen. We don't need to masturbate to do so. As far as your question goes, yeah I think God has strong feelings about EVERYTHING I do. He's involved in every aspect of my life, including my sex life. One of the reasons I think masturbation is wrong(aside from the addictive behavior it causes that I mentioned earlier) is that a large amount of lust comes with it. Despite what guys say to me, I personally have never masturbated without thinking about screwing a chick, or two. As a Christian, I believe that's lust. A sin. Ephesians 5:3 says this, "But among you there must not be even a hintof sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people." (emphasis mine). Or look at Colossians 3:5, "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry." So, yeah, Nikki, I do believe God has strong feelings about whether or not I jerk it. And He has those strong feelings, because He loves me, and knows that if I lust, I can never achieve my full potential.

So I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Paul was a pretty stoic fellow and to be honest, I question whether or not some of his writings on sex and relationships were inspired by the divine or a product of his own personal feelings. I don't think Paul felt he could love God enough if he maintained a relationship with a woman, and I think his sexual prudency was an extension of this. He was devoted to God the way a Catholic Priest is devoted to God. I'm not sure that is what God really wants for all of us. I think plenty of people reach their full potential spiritually while having an active and exciting sex life and for the most part, I think people can masturbate and function as productive members of society and God's community as a whole.
